What to expect: apart from ascending to the ridge and observing the beauties of wild nature, the yoga tour features the following activities: the practice of asanas; intentional sun salutation practice; meditation at a height of 1,200 m; campfire conversations about philosophy and history of yoga and yoga as a lifestyle; theory and practice of pranayama and visceral manipulation.
